A Vision for Immigration Reform.

I’m proud to be a product of the American dream—an immigrant who followed the laws, embraced the customs, and built a successful life. The United States must maintain its promise of opportunity with a 21st-century immigration policy that balances dignity, legality, and a clear path to citizenship. 

I support expanding immigrant inclusion services, English education, and workforce programs to help families integrate fully. Immigrants who work, pay taxes, and follow the law deserve a fair mechanism to achieve legal status. 

Maryland has led on immigration support, but this must be a national initiative. As your Representative, I will fight for federal funding and policies that create a more just immigration system. We must also protect asylum programs to ensure America remains a refuge for those fleeing violence. 

Together, we can uphold the values that make our nation strong.
