After working her way through college washing dishes, Quincy Bareebe has spent her career serving others—first as a counselor helping individuals with special needs, then as a financial analyst at KPMG, and eventually as a Department of Defense Financial Manager where she managed federal budgets and gained invaluable insight into how government actually works. As a wife and mother, Quincy understands firsthand the challenges facing working families who juggle career demands with raising children and caring for loved ones.
That federal experience taught Quincy something important: the 75,000+ federal workers in Maryland's 5th District aren't just bureaucrats—they're neighbors, friends, and family members who keep our nation running. When politicians attack federal workers, they're attacking the backbone of our communities.
